Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered in this Internet store at SIA EOS, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person who makes the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, concludes the following Agreement:

The seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer the goods, in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment arrangements

The buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Seller prepares and sends an invoice corresponding to the order by e-mail to the Buyer. The bill is prepared electronically and is valid without signatures.

The seller provides the delivery of goods, depending on the time of delivery of the goods since the receipt of payment for the goods, the time of delivery agreed with the Buyer or indicated by the description of the product.

Right of withdrawal 

You have the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt of the order.

 The goods must be unused and not damaged.

Billing costs are covered by the customer. After receiving the goods, we will return the money to the payer's account within 10 business days.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal". Seller reserves the right to the Buyer to refuse to use the right of withdrawal or to withhold a refund in case of defective goods, during the period of use, neglecting the product or failing to observe the instructions in case of loss of the original packaging or tag of the product or if its packaging is substantially damaged.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information upon making an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Latvia. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that the notices related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to him by the indicated e-mail.
